  1. SAFETY: Shut off gas immediately
  2. Test gas valve for leak-through

Pressure Switch Stuck Closed

Pressure switch reading closed before inducer starts.

  1. Test pressure switch with hose disconnected
  2. Check inducer operation at board
3 Flashes (slow) high
Pressure Switch Stuck Open

Pressure switch failed to close after inducer starts.

  1. Check flue and intake
  2. Inspect hose to switch
  3. Test inducer amps
  4. Clear condensate drain
4 Flashes (slow) high
Open High Limit Device

High limit switch has tripped due to overheating.

  1. Replace air filter
  2. Check all returns are open
  3. Test blower operation
  4. Check gas pressure

Flame Rollout Switch Open

  2. Inspect heat exchanger for cracks
  3. Test CO levels

Furnace failed to ignite after inducer proves.

  1. Verify gas supply is on
  2. Check igniter resistance (40-200 ohms)
  3. Clean flame sensor with fine steel wool
  4. Check ground wire connection
7 Flashes (slow) critical
Ignition Lockout - Max Retries

Furnace locked out after maximum ignition attempts.

  1. Power cycle to clear lockout
  2. Address underlying issue from 6-flash code
