What hardware do I need?
Each monitored unit requires an HVAC IQ Pro sensor module ($199 one-time). It includes 4 temperature sensors, 4 current clamps, thermostat wire monitoring, and an LTE cellular modem — no Wi-Fi needed. Cellular data is included in your subscription.
How does the free Diagnostic Mode work?
Diagnostic Mode turns your phone into a live HVAC diagnostic tool. Pair with a sensor module via Bluetooth at a job site to see real-time temps, amps, Delta-T, and system health. No monthly cost, no data stored — just a free tool to impress customers and close more service agreements.
Can I mix plans across my fleet?
All units under your account use the same plan. Upgrading moves all units to the new tier. Volume pricing ($8/unit) kicks in at 500+ units — contact us for a custom quote.
What's the contract length?
No contracts. All plans are month-to-month. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime. Your data stays accessible for 30 days after cancellation.
How does installation work?
Installation takes 15-20 minutes per unit. Strap on the temperature sensors, clip on the current clamps, connect to thermostat wires, and power on. The device auto-registers over LTE — no Wi-Fi configuration needed. We include a quick-start guide and installation video with every unit.
Is there a setup fee?
No setup fees, no activation fees. Just the hardware cost ($199/unit) and your monthly subscription. Fleet and Enterprise plans include free onboarding and team training.
