1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using HVAC IQ Pro services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

HVAC IQ Pro provides HVAC monitoring hardware and cloud-based analytics software for commercial and residential HVAC systems. Monitoring data is transmitted via LTE cellular and stored in our cloud platform.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the service for lawful purposes only. You may not:

• Reverse-engineer or redistribute the hardware or software
• Use the API to build competing services without written permission
• Share login credentials with unauthorized parties

4. Data Collection & Privacy

We collect sensor data (temperature, amperage, equipment state) from installed devices, plus account information you provide. Data is used to deliver monitoring, diagnostics, and alerts. We do not sell your data to third parties.

5. Subscription & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly per monitored unit. You may cancel at any time. After cancellation, data remains accessible for 30 days. Hardware purchases are non-refundable after 30 days.

6. Limitation of Liability

HVAC IQ Pro is a monitoring and diagnostic tool. It does not replace professional HVAC service, maintenance, or safety inspections. We are not liable for equipment failures, property damage, or losses arising from reliance on monitoring data.
